Ensuring fair appointment access for all patients
1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment. This allows us to offer the reserved time slot to other patients in need of emergency or routine care.
2. Short-Notice Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or unattended without prior contact may incur a nominal cancellation fee, especially for extended specialist surgical or sedation appointments.
3. How to Reschedule
You can easily reschedule or cancel by calling our reception team directly at 01 845 4768 or emailing reception@malahidedentalclinic.ie during clinic opening hours.
