20% Tax Relief (Med 2 Form)
Under the Irish Revenue Med 2 scheme, you can claim 20% Tax Relief on specialised dental treatments including Dental Implants, Crowns, Root Canals, Surgical Extractions, and Orthodontics. Our reception team will provide you with a completed Med 2 Form and receipts free of charge.

How do I know if I qualify for PRSI dental benefits?
If you are an employee paying PRSI stamps (Class A, E, H, P) or self-employed (Class S), you are likely entitled to a FREE annual dental examination and a subsidized scale & clean from €68. Simply provide your PPS Number and Date of Birth to our reception team, and we will verify your eligibility online with the Department of Social Protection in seconds.
How does the 20% Med 2 Dental Tax Relief work?
Under Irish Revenue guidelines, specialized non-routine dental treatments (including dental implants, crowns, root canals, surgical extractions, and orthodontics) qualify for 20% tax relief. We will provide you with a stamped and signed Med 2 Form and itemized receipts to submit to Revenue for an immediate 20% tax refund.
